RukhminiDevi Kalakshetra is an open forum for all Bharatanatyam dance enthusiasts, founded in 2001 by Guru Swapna Ratnalikar with the vision of preserving and promoting this graceful Indian classical dance form.

Driven by her passion for Bharatanatyam, Guru Swapna Ratnalikar has dedicated her life to nurturing young talent and passing on the rich heritage, discipline, and essence of this ancient art form to the next generation. Over the years, she has trained and continues to guide numerous students who share a deep love for Bharatanatyam.

At RukhminiDevi Kalakshetra, students receive structured training in the techniques, expressions, and spiritual aspects of Bharatanatyam. Alongside rigorous practice, they are encouraged to showcase their talent through stage performances, competitions, and cultural festivals, gaining confidence and experience as performing artists.
